CCUB 1061 is the first of two parts of Usrah, a University Required Course in International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). Usrah is introduced as a formalized informal education that enables students to share experiences and ideas on their daily life and the state of Islam and the Muslim Ummah. The inception of usrah in IIUM does not only widen the opportunity of dakwah in IIUM, but also show a new way of enhancing education in the 21st century.
